Maldita.es experts worked with Faktoje staff across two phases: a community listening phase to map audience engagement and identify gaps and opportunities, followed by a community engagement testing phase to design and implement targeted interventions. The project culminated in a tailored Community Model Playbook with key approaches and recommendations for sustainable community development in the Albanian context.
