Training programme for community leaders, public officials and municipal staff in the Samalá River basin in Guatemala. The project combined online sessions and in-person workshops to strengthen the capacity of municipal workers, community leaders and civil society representatives to identify, prevent and manage disinformation affecting local decision-making and crisis communication, particularly on issues related to climate change and environmental management.

Research project funded by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation through the European Media and Information Fund (EMIF) to develop and test argument checking as a complement to traditional fact-checking. In partnership with Universidad de Navarra, the project creates standardised methodologies for argument checking applied to climate disinformation narratives. Through citizen testing of different prototypes, the research measures effectiveness in countering disinformation that combines data with emotional appeals, building on lessons learned from COVID-19, the Ukraine invasion and the Valencia DANA.

Combats disinformation among Euro-Mediterranean youth through short-form digital content on migration, climate, digital scams, cryptocurrencies, conspiracies and civic participation. Includes short videos, expert interviews, street interviews, live sessions with creators from different countries, and a monthly newsletter, incorporating gender perspective and cultural diversity.

Transnational investigative journalism project with Scena9 (Romania) and Rubryka (Ukraine) analyzing new forms of digital violence against minors in the context of AI proliferation. Uses OSINT analysis, FOI requests, expert interviews, and comparative legal review to identify effective responses and replicable practices across European contexts.
